Information about the timing of admission when applying for full-time and correspondence forms of training

for undergraduate (specialist)

Enrollment

When applying for places within the PCC for undergraduate programs and specialties in full-time education procedures for admission are conducted on the following dates:

1) not later than July 27 - the placement of lists of applicants on the official website and at the information booth;

2) priority enrollment - enrollment without entrance examinations, admission to places within the special quota and target quota (hereinafter designated within the quota):

July 28 is the deadline of accepting applications for the consent for admission from persons entering without entrance examinations, arriving at a place within the quota, if these persons also filed applications in two or more institutions of higher education in accordance with paragraph 4.13 of the Rules of admission in MPEI;

On July 29 issued an order (orders) on transfer of the persons who have submitted a Declaration of consent for admission from among applicants without entrance examinations, arriving at a place within the quota;

3) the admission by results of entrance examinations for the main places in the PCC, left after enrolment without entrance examinations (hereinafter - the main competition place):

a) the first stage of placing on the main competition sights - admission to the 80% of these places (if 80% is the fractional amount is rounded upward):

August 1:

- completed the acceptance of applications for consent to the enrollment of persons included in the lists of entrants for the main competition and place those wishing to be enrolled in the first phase of enrollment for main contest site;

- within each list applicants allocated to the person who filed the statement of acceptance for enrollment, to fill 80% of the major competitive sites (subject to rounding);

August 3 - issued an order (orders) on transfer of the persons who submitted the statement of acceptance for enrollment, to fill 80% of the major competition sites;

b) the second stage of enrollment for main contest locations - enrolling 100% of these places:

August 6:

- completed the acceptance of applications for consent to the enrollment of persons included in the lists of entrants for the main competition;

- within each list applicants allocated to the person who filed the statement of acceptance for enrollment, to fill 100% of the main competitive;

August 8 - issued an order (orders) on transfer of the persons who submitted the statement of acceptance for enrollment, to fill 100% of the main competition.

Individuals enrolled within special quotas, are excluded from the lists of applicants for the main competition place for the same conditions of admission. The blank space within the quota can be used for the enrolment of entrants without entrance examinations on the main places within the target figures for the same conditions of admission.

After completing the enrolment of entrants without entrance examinations, those entering the space within the quota, the unfilled seats within the quota are used as the main competition place for the same conditions of admission.

The person who took the documents after receiving the documents, are eliminated from the competition.

Enrollment of individuals at the contractual place of full-time tuition is carried out by threads 25 July and 11 August. Deadlines for the granting of consent to enrollment, respectively, 24 July and 10 August.

Enrollment of individuals on the correspondence form of training – streams on 18 August, 26 September and 14 November (ends respectively consent was granted on admission on 17 August, 25 September, 13 November).
