From 21 to 23 February 2013 in Minsk, Republic of Belarus hosted the 11th exhibition of educational services "Education and career" within the complex of the exhibition "Russian universities. Education. Science. Innovation" in which SF MEI took an active part.
Branch of MEI was represented by the assistant Kirillova E. A., Gomilko V. I. and I. S. Palyshenkov the exposition of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation.
The exhibition presents exhibits of work of employees and students of SF MEI – Sensorless switched-reluctance electric drive and mobile solar power supply system.
In the framework of participation in the exhibition and distributed promotional leaflets, SF MEI, booklets, conducted talks on cooperation with representatives of Russian and Belarusian universities.
On the second day of the exhibition held a round table in which the universities of the Russian Federation made a presentation: national mineral resources University "Gorniy", St. Petersburg, South Ural state University (national research University), Branch of "national research University "MPEI" in Smolensk, MATI – Russian state technological University named after K. E. Tsiolkovsky, Baltic Federal University of Immanuel Kant, Moscow state University of printing named after Ivan Fedorov. During the round table discussed the prospects of students from the Republic of Belarus, ways of attracting applicants and joint inter-University cooperation. External relations Department, MPEI informs that in the period from 6 to 9 February 2013 MPEI participated in the international educational exhibition "STUDIES 2013 - Professional training Studio in higher education in Lithuania and abroad, career planning, the development of entrepreneurship" in Vilnius, Lithuania.
MPEI was represented by the engineer of Dean's office on work with foreign students Kulik Irina.
Of particular interest to Russian education, besides the Russian-speaking population, was shown by the Lithuanians who do not speak Russian language, in particular, to education in MPEI in English in the direction of "Informatics and Computer Engineering".
During the trip in Vilnius and in the framework of participation in the exhibition "STUDIES 2013" was distributed leaflets MEI, booklets in Russian and English and held talks on cooperation with representatives of technical universities in leadership positions. Following the exhibition in April 2013, it is planned to hold presentations of MEI in Russian-speaking schools Lithuanian cities with the highest percentage of the Russian population in Vilnius, Klaipeda and Visaginas with the support of the Embassy of the Russian Federation. After talks with adviser to the mayor, Mr. W. Bashkirskom discussed the possibility of participation of MEI in the information center of Russian education in Vilnius.
